Ta Da!! The Polish Room
Posted on December 3, 2007
The Polish Room (aka All Lacquered Up’s Office) – I’ve been talking about this for months now, ever since we found our new house. And as much as I love all the rooms in our home, this one is definitely my favorite. My pride and joy. Yes, it’s an open declaration of my fanaticism with all things lacquer but my friends love me enough not to judge.
We had our housewarming party on Saturday which finally got me motivated to hang my vintage nail ads and complete the room’s transformation from den to polish heaven. A couple of my pals from the MUA nail board came over to join the festivities and play.
My desk and indoor light studio
The storage cabinet. This was only 2/3 full when I originally debuted it back in January. It’s overflowing now.
A vintage Cutex ad, my OPI Train Case filled with treatment products and my Zoya polish cases.
Products to be reviewed. I’m a bit backlogged.
The All Lacquered Up mascots; an OPI Piggy (courtesy of DQ2) and a Trade Secret holiday bear.

*cries* NOOO! I can’t see the pictures
I mailed you on MUA but if anyone else has issues viewing the images, will you please let me know. Thanks!
WOW! That is totally awesome. You go girl!
Oh, I wanna come play with the polish (and the snow!) If only I wasn’t totally booked over the Holidays with my family.
Congrats, very cool!
FABULOUS..!! And get cracking on those reviews, missy!!!!
I am SO, SO impressed by the amount of product…you have me beat by at least a couple shelfs (and for me, they’re comprehensive beauty products).
Michelle, congrats on getting all settled into your new place!
Your “Polish Room” is awesome. Love the lavender wall and vintage ads
Great room! Is your husband allowed in there or is it “girls only” lol.
Wow! Impressive!
The room looks great! I love the vintage ads and you are smart to keep your polishes stored in bins away from direct sunlight. I am sure it must be tempting to have wall racks like a salon, but you must preserve the preciousness! LOL
I love the paint job! I wish I had space in my apartment for beauty stuff.
Perhaps someday I will have that dream bathroom/dressing area…
