1. Survey responses must be received by Midnight EST on December 31st.
2. Only one survey entry per person.
3. Drawing open to legal residents, aged 18 years or older, from around the world.
4. You must provide your email address on the survey to qualify for the drawing.
5. Winners will be announced on January 2nd, along with the survey results.
