Disclosure & Privacy
As the sole writer and owner of All Lacquered Up, I am not a professional nail tech or a certified expert in nail care. I’m a person with a passion for polish, sharing it with the world. What I post on this website are my personal experiences and opinions without any outside influence.
In compliance with the new FTC Regulations regarding disclosure of relationships between bloggers and brands, you will now see a short disclosure at the bottom of every product review stating whether the product was furnished by a brand or PR agency with a link back to this Disclosure Policy as reference. I posted my thoughts regarding these new regulations here: ALU and the FTC Regulations
What I choose to review on All Lacquered Up is based on my own experience with a product. These are opinions and not facts. Everyone is different and may not have the same experience as I do. Results may vary based on a number of factors. I am not liable for any problems that occur due to a purchase influenced by this website. If you develop a rash, allergy or are just unhappy with a polish color, I am not responsible. Please use all items featured on my blog with caution and always consult with a doctor if necessary. I am not an expert on the effects of nail care ingredients so if you are worried about allergies, pregnancy safe products, etc. ask a physician
I am not affiliated with any of the brands mentioned on my blog. I do not endorse them and they do not endorse me. I am not paid for my reviews. If a paid relationship exists, I will disclose that. The main source of earnings I receive for this site are from my 3rd party ad network (Style Coalition). The advertisers that appear in those ads do not have an agreement with me nor do they have any sort of editorial control. I have used and continue to use affiliate links in posts as a supplemental income source. I currently use Skimlinks to automatically insert affiliate links in my posts. Affiliate links are simply commission based links. If you make a purchase, I get a small commission for the sale. I do not review products simply to use an affiliate link.
Occasionally images found on the web and believed to be in the public domain are used on this site. I don’t claim to be the owner of such images. All visual content are copyrighted to their respectful owner. If you are the owner of an image and want it removed, please, email me and I will do so as soon as possible.
A majority of the products reviewed on this blog are samples sent by brands or PR agencies. I make no promises regarding reviews or the nature of my reviews when accepting samples. Just because I am sent a product for review does NOT mean I will feature it or review it favorably. The items I choose to post are products I want to write about and my reviews are my 100% honest opinion.
