NY Fashion Week Nail Watch – Baby Phat

You can never accuse Kimora Lee Simmons of being subtle or boring. At the show for her Baby Phat line the nail look was a modified french with a white base and gold tip. One nail on each hand donned the Baby Phat logo. I’m sure the artists at CND worked overtime creating those tips.

Yeesh. That’s a little too strippery for me but, whatever blows their dress up.
It is a bit much. I like the idea of the Logo on the nails, but they are SUPER long!
The logo idea is cute, but I’m really not sure about the shape. Once you start getting pointy over a certain length, things can start looking a little clawlike.
Those are pretty cool..I think they are a tad pointy too, but runway stuff is always over the top!
I know I’m in the minority here, but I’m feeling those nails. I’d never do them on myself, but they remind me of the girls in high school who could totally kick your ass.
Those nails are so hoochy, but I’d wear a shorter toned down version.
