Everything seemed uniform and black, from what I could tell, at the Jean Paul Gaultier show and then…

BLAM!!! Bold purpley blue nails. Talk about my kind of fabulous. Looks to me like Creative Nail Design Blue Nirvana. China Glaze Tempest or Creative Jiggy are other similar shades you could check out to get the look.

And how cool does he look with steely gray tips?

Fall 2007 Couture Nail Watch – Christian Lacroix

Vampy plum nails rocked the runway at Christian Lacroix. I have a feeling that Rock Royalty, the new purple in Creative’s Imperial Anarchy collection, will be a close match.



Can anyone tell what brand of polish this is? I’ve been racking my brain trying to think of a brand that uses a light colored cap like that. If you know, please post in the comments.

At Valentino’s show we see the red creme nail that I’ve been predicting for fall. I love that it’s on a short chic nail.

Fall 2007 Couture Nail Watch – Christian Dior

The Fall 2007 Couture fashion shows took place in Paris, July 3rd & 4th (with the exception of Valentino’s show). So while the majority of Americans were watching fireworks and scarfing down grilled hot dogs and hamburgers, the French were drooling over some amazing fashion.

First up, the nail looks from the Christian Dior show. Check out what looks to be a combo half moon manicure and french manicure in the first few pics. I’d love to know what nail tech designed the look and the inspiration behind it. Very unique.
