FingerPaints Once in a Wild Collection Swatches & Review

FingerPaints Once in a Wild – Fall 2015

I may not be ready for fall weather, I mean we’ve barely had a summer in Cleveland, but I AM ready for fall sparkle on my nails. The FingerPaints Once in a Wild collection blends three existing crystallized shades with three new micro-glitters. It’s apropos that I’m posting this on a Thursday because the glitters feel like a throwback, in a good way. They’re reminiscent of the top-coat-eating fine glitters that made me fall in love with sparkle polish years ago.

OPI Coca-Cola 2015 – Icons of Happiness

Even though I cut out pop (yes, I say pop because, Ohio) from my diet over 20 years ago, I’m a die-hard Coca-Cola fan. I used to annoy servers during high school and college by ordering Cherry Cokes, made with grenadine and a cherry, natch. And I still I treat myself to a one when we go to the movies. Our fave movie theater, an AMC with recliners and assigned seats, has a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine that I love playing with to discover new flavor combinations. I’m currently into Vanilla Barq’s.

This year, the Coca-Cola bottle is celebrating its 100th Anniversary. The iconic bottle, given its distinctive curves by The Root Glass Company in Terra Haute, Indiana, is recognizable worldwide. To honor the green-tinted beauty, OPI has paired up once again to release two signature colors. The OPI Coca-Cola 2015 Icons of Happiness collection includes a re-release of some of last year’s shades along with the Two to Celebrate duo.

Chanel Fraicheur Swatches, Review and Comparisons

I totally squealed, to the point of scaring my furry co-worker (aka my kitty Ren), when I spotted a new minty green nail polish from CHANEL on Instagram. CHANEL Fraicheur kept popping up on some Russian and Asian accounts, but I couldn’t understand the captions, and had to know more. I proceeded to stalk Chanel.com until it was finally available for sale and then I pounced. I even paid for shipping, you guys, because I had to have it.

Now, I love, love, love my bottle of Chanel Jade. I mean, I hoard my precious, use it sparingly, keep it capped tight, and regret not having a back-up, so I hoped Fraicheur would quell that need. The million dollar question is, is it a Jade dupe?
