Ever since I saw Beetlejuice as a little kid, I’ve been fascinated with the look of Tim Burton’s films. As Cameron Crowe foreshadowed in Singles when he referred to Burton, in a cameo as Brian the “Expect the Best” dating service director, as “the next Martin Scorseeeeze,” the man knows how to create a phenomenal visual experience.
He certainly achieved that in the whimsical fantasy, Disney’s Alice in Wonderland, and the new director carried that vision into Alice Through the Looking Glass. It’s no wonder that HSN would tap their best designers, artisans and makers to create a collection of products based on the film. The collection includes clothing, jewelry, housewares and beauty products from brands like OPI, Urban Decay, Heidi Daus, Giuliana Rancic and Vince Camuto.
