I used to use the light box a couple years ago when I posted this but I’ve stopped because I found that it dulls the finish of the polish in photographs. A light box is great for photographing products but not nail polish on nails but that’s just my opinion. If you search for “light box” in the photography section of ebay you’ll find a lot of options for sale.

Awesome room! I was wondering, is the white box with the two lamps on each side what you use to take nail photos? If so, where can I find them(box/lamps)? It would help alot:) thanks and no lie, I visit your blog/website everyday just too see your swatches!

With the exception of adding three IKEA Helmers it's pretty much the same. Though there's an explosion of polish bottles currently on my desk after doing the RBL comparisons. If you haven't seen my Helmers, I posted there here: http://www.alllacqueredup.com/2009/06/storage-solution-ikea-helmer.html though I added a 3rd in December for overflow.

The room looks great! I love the vintage ads and you are smart to keep your polishes stored in bins away from direct sunlight. I am sure it must be tempting to have wall racks like a salon, but you must preserve the preciousness! LOL
