Whether it's bright orange, racing stripes or domino nail art, Fergie takes a risk with her nails and for that I give her kudos. You don't have to like it but you have to respect the creativity. She doesn't play it safe and obviously has fun with her look. I'd love to know who does her nails and if they're natural, though I'd guess not.
