Hi all! So, I’m a pretty amateur stamper, but I recently visited Andrea from Chickettes at her new salon gig, and she inspired me to dig out my plates and play. She recommended a new stamper, and I’ve been having a lot of fun. Anyway, I recently picked up a new pair of Superga’s (one of my fave sneaker brands) and they inspired today’s nail art look.

I probably have six pairs of the Superga Cotu, which is nothing compared to serious sneaker-heads, but I love the style and the fun patterns/colors they come out with. This faux snakeskin pair is my go-to shoe right now, so it’s only apropos that I celebrate them with nail art.
Snakeskin Nail Art Stamping
I used the Bundle Monster XL08 plate for the snakeskin pattern with a mix of OPI IS Steel Waters Run Deep, Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Show Steel-er, and Zoya Geneviev stamped over OPI I Cannoli Wear OPI. And thanks to Andrea’s rec, I’ve been using this squishy stamper. I kind of randomly placed the colors on the plate to create the gradient effect. I’m really happy with how it turned out.
