eos-everyday-hand-lotion-evolution-of-smooth I get a lot of questions and comments regarding the tools and treatment products I use to keep my nails healthy and in tip top shape. Since my routine changes as I test new products, I’ve launched, The Arsenal, to share with you the items that are “must haves” in my nail kit.

A couple years ago I was introduced to the EOS, or Evolution of Smooth, brand when its Shave Cream launched. I received a bottle in a gift bag at an event and since you can never have enough shave cream or body wash in your life, I gave it a try. Two years later, my cabinet is stocked with EOS Shave Cream. I even have the boyfriend hooked on it. The Vanilla Bliss is my jam!

Then there was a frenzy when the EOS Lip Balm Spheres came out and I stalked my Walgreens to get a three piece set. I love those little buggers.

Well now I have a new EOS favorite in the Everyday Hand Lotion. This flat, pocket-sized tube of lotion comes in two scents (floral & cucumber), is paraben, phthalate & lanolin free and does a fantastic job of moisturizing my parched hands without leaving them greasy. I keep a tube next to my laptop and never have to think twice about grabbing my mouse or tapping on my keyboard. You won’t be leaving marks or residue behind.

What’s even better is the size. The TSA friendly 1.5oz size means I have finally found a hand lotion I love that I can carry in my purse without worry of it being confiscated. Don’t tell but, I’ve been smuggling a big tube of my beloved Aruba Aloe lotion in my purse for years and, thankfully, haven’t been caught. Considering its cost and lack of availability I shouldn’t have been taking a chance. And now I don’t have to. Now if only the Shave Cream came in a travel size.

EOS Everyday Hand Lotion is available online at EvolutionofSmooth.com and at mass retailers nationwide including Rite Aid, Walgreens and Walmart. The 1.5oz tube retails for $2.49/ea.

Disclosure: A hand lotion product sample was sent by reps for EOS. I purchased the lip balm spheres and continue to purchase the shave cream myself. For more info view my Disclosure Policy.

I’m so excited to try this out!! I love the lip balm but still have to try the shaving cream!

  4. Tammie says:

I wish I could find these things in drug stores! The only place in my area that I’ve seen it is at Ulta which is very inconvenient to go to if I just want that :|. Will keep checking out drugstores though!

Anybody know how these are displayed? That would help me a lot, like are they piled on a shelf or are they hanging or something?

I’ve been hearing such good things about this lotion and the bottle is ridiculously cute. I don’t know why I’ve been putting off buying it for so long, but I think your review just pushed me over the edge to buy!

I love EOS shaving cream and the lip balm. The nice thing about the shaving cream is that it’s just that- a cream. When I’m traveling, I just squirt a healthy amount in a 100 mL bottle, and I’m good to go. I’m definitely going to give the hand lotion a try. The bottle looks sort of flattened- is it? My only gripe with the lip balm spheres was that they were spheres, and were awkward about taking up space. If the lotion is flattened, that would be so perfect for my 311 bag. :)

That’s exactly my issue with the spheres. I love the design for aesthetic reasons but not for carrying. The hand lotion is flat. Not much thicker than my old Samsung Moment which I could easily slip in my pocket.

Just picked this up last week. It’s my first eos product. Love it! Can’t say enough great things about their lotion.

  8. Khush Singh says:

I just found about EOS on my recent trip to NY. I bought the red lip balm sphere, and I have to say that I am OBSESSED! It leaves my lips feeling so smooth, and the taste is perfect. I can’t wait to try the hand lotion.

I love this stuff – and my local ULTA has it 2 for $5. I keep one in my purse and one by my laptop.

  14. I always wanted to get this, but wasn’t sure if it is good. Thanks for all the great reviews

  15. EnvyEyes says:

Hmmm…..just saw this for the first time yesterday and got it. They weren’t in boxes but all set out individually on a shelf in a case with little grooves in it holding the lotions up.

I tried sniffing them to see if they had a scent. Couldn’t smell a thing or tell a difference between how the pink and green one smelled. The only 2 kinds they had. But I needed its pocket carry convenience for work where my hands are always ashy from me washing them. So often there so I got it.

I notice the scent now, but cucumber isn’t really a stand out scent. It’s not special or a scent I look for and this lotion in particular has a weak scent. I’lll see how practical the lotion is though to decide whether it works well enough at work. I would like something that smells really good though considering I don’t wear any type of cologne, just lotion, and because I’m a boy, I’m a smidge insecure about popping the little pink one out so I doubt I’ll try that one which supposedly has a stronger scent.
