I LOVE that satin finish! Love it! I’m not the biggest fan of the true matte finish, and the fact that it doesn’t last very long when you type all day long isn’t that great for me. But I would rock a satin finish for sure, type chipping or not!

Another fan of the satin finish here. I just can’t get past the feeling that my nails look like they’ve been treated to a layer of blackboard (I guess it’s chalkboard in the States!) paint with matte.

I like the satin finish, too. My favorite phase of matte manicures are a day or so in when the polish has gotten a little smoother and satiny.

i’m definitely more a fan of the satin finish than the true matte finish. (my first intro to the ‘matte’ finish was a wet’n'wild matte base coat when i was in highschool.. – so ages ago. that was more of a satin finish. and I lOved it!

i think the trend will definitely last, and really, even if it doesn’t, it’ll come back again soon enough.
