OMG. To me, it’s a vivid color that manages to be serene. Plus, it’s got the jelly-like finish I love. Michelle, do you think this could work for fair hands that are cool-toned?

Hi Michelle:

I don’t know which I love more RGB or Spa Ritual Emerald City. Both are gorgeous and they always look gorgeous on your nails. I am taken to Spa Ritual’s because it’s bolder and greener but the RGB minty green is cool also. They have such a awesome web site about their products and they look so beautiful and tempting, how can you not resist buying this nail color, it’s amazing.

On a different note: I know this is totally unrelated to your web blog but I noticed on your disclaimer, that you (web bloggers) have to reveal “any free samples they receive from companies that provide you with anything that you review” because of some new law from the FTC. How is this going to effect anyone with a web blog? I have a web blog and if I receive a free sample of something; not related to what I am writing an article about, do I still have to reveal it to the FTC? Or is the law just for web bloggers that review free samples? The law they wrote is very confusing and I have no idea how they plan to enforce it with all the free C.D.s and books, tapes, cosmetics, that are sent out. If you have a web blog are you obligated to report these and if you don’t what are the consequences?
