I have about 10 of the polishes (2 effects, 8 colors) and love them all! Even the colors I thought looks very similar dry much different.

grrr there seems to be a Runtime Error … 1500 were probably given out already. I love seeing your swatches, so I will def. purchase some in the very near future!!

Seems as if there aren't winners, but the 1st 1500 people? After the survey, mine said to expect the polish in the mail in a couple weeks.
