They made it especially for QVC UK (QVC UK have great OPI, Leighton Denny & Nails Inc deals. The item number for that kit is :- 228106 (just incase you're curious and want to check it out on their website)), so unless you can buy it from them (yay, for all my fellow nail-lacquer-a-holic Brits!), I don't think you'll be able to get it on the Nails Inc website or in their nail salons anytime soon, if ever, unfortunately.
