Welcome to All Lacquered Up. I'm Michelle, a self-proclaimed lacquer fanatic and your guide to nail info, tips and tricks.
All Lacquered Up is the web's first nail focused beauty blog and an outlet to share my intense love of color and all things nails. Regular features include nail trends, nail lacquer collection reviews and industry insider interviews. With a readership of over 90,000 visitors a month, the site has grown to become the go-to resource for everything nail related.
In my life away from the web I work as an accountant for my family. I live in the burb's of Cleveland, Ohio with my boyfriend of almost ten years and our two devious but insanely cute kitties. When I'm not immersed in my love of polish, I spend my free time boating, travelling and attempting to clear out my always full DVRs.

Hi Michelle! I'm a new reader at your site! Great posts, I'm going through the archive pretty quickly...and I love the swatches, they have really helped in my purchase decisions.
I haven't found where the best place is to ask a question yet, so I thought to ask here, I was wondering if you would be able to recommend a good polish thinner? I have a few GREAT polishes that are starting to get thick...
Thank you so much!!
hi, I was just wondering if anyone knows the make and colour of the nail varnish Fergie is wearing in the video with Nelly for Party People.
Hi, what a great site! I am trying to find a brand of polish I've only seen at the nail salon where I get my nails done. It's called New York Summer, and they have some great colors. I've tried to get my nail technician to order me some, but he never remembers. So, I'm wondering if anyone out there knows of this brand and where to buy it. Thanks!
I really like your blog - very informative! I was just wondering why you never seem to feature Jessica products? I had a manicure done there recently and I'm totally hooked (they have millions of gorgeous colours that last for ages). But I'm from the UK and they're up there with Essie and OPI here... maybe they're not as big in the US?
Hey there!
I just wanted to say, I love the blog and I really like the logo at the top, the girl getting her nails done? Cute!
I thought I had a nail polish problem until I found your blog, a few months ago and I love love love it. I appreciate all your time and effort you put into this for people like me. The past 2 nights I've read from your very first blog until current and have already ordered polishes based on your swatches. Thank you so much, keep up the great work. I think its fabulous how far this blog has gone and all the recognition you have received!
Just another fan always, Sarah

re: new york summer nail polish
i ordered mine from trans design online.
they don't have useful images of the colors , so you have to know what you want. hope that helps..
Hello all; I am an OPI laquer fanatic who DOES not engage in regular manicures. I love owning the rectangular bottles enamel (CHANEL also). For the Holidays I went all out for a manicure and fell for one named ALL LACQUERED UP. I have gotten fave raves about it. My nails are neat squared short. I should add I like getting Mani/Pedis but usually leave the enamel off. Love love to collect the colours. Any others with this strange affliction? Please let me know how you all feel about my new favorite ALL LACQUERED UP. . .
Hi Michelle, I love your blog and I check in every day to see if you've posted anything new. I'm from Europe so it's a great way for me to check out other brands than the ones that are being sold over here. I also have a suggestion: you should give Barry M a try. It's from the UK, and a very cheap and nice polish.
Keep up the good work!
Hi Michelle. I came across your page from Head2ToeBeauty. There were no description in some of the polish I was interested in so here I am.
Help me out here, I am looking for the darkest red, darkest purple and gunmetal grey. Where should I look.
Much thanks. I'm bookmarking your page. Again thanks. Arnold
