China Glaze Something Blue

China Glaze Brand Manager, Susie McCready, is a very fashion-driven nail collection designer. She attends the runway shows in NY and LA to get her inspiration and fashion icons like Audrey Hepburn have always guided her when she makes decisions for the brand.

Her latest creation is a Tiffany-inspired blue called For Audrey. It is her tribute to a fashion icon and timeless classic. This shade is the first in a line of extremely fashionable collections and special editions that China Glaze has coming out for fall. I doubt this one will last long on shelves so scoop it up when you can.

This color is pretty but Zoya’s Yummy is a much better baby blue… It looks fabulous on the toes. Yummy reminds me of the pretty blue box that comes from Tiffany & CO when you receive one of their amazing trinkets.

i think is a much better match the tiffany & co. blue than zoya’s yummy. yummy is more of a baby blue, like you said. not tiffany’s. :)

Hi anon! Thanks for commenting. Even though I like Yummy a lot I wouldn’t consider it a Tiffany blue. Tiffany’s blue has more green to it, almost aqua or turquoise.

When I receive For Audrey, I’ll be sure to take a pic with it next to one of my Tiffany boxes.

I agree – Tiffany blue is a special shade but for nails – ick! Thanks for showing it to us. The new OPI color seems rather predictable.

I am getting this one just for the sheer love of Audrey Hepburn and the classic Tiffany’s colour. It will make a good pedi. :D Can’t wait for your pics.

I LOVE how this color *looks* however, I am having a horrible time finding it!
none of my local beauty supply houses carry China Glaze any more!!
and as a Tiffany myself, I feel drawn to the blue resembling a Tiffany & Co box ;)
