Unlike Chloe Sevigny and Cate Blanchett, Reese Witherspoon took advantage of her leg baring dress to showcase her tootsies in a fab pair of red shoes and red polish that was just a bit lighter. If I were to throw our a color comparison, I’d say OPI It’s A Doozi Says Suzi though there are a ton of reds on the market that would fit the bill.
I don’t know how the fashion world felt about her yellow and red combo but I thought it was inspired and the less obvious choice.

Here in a larger size it looks like a red creme–Perhaps OPI’s Got the Blues for Red or Kennebunk-port. On the TV, it looked like a red shimmer that matched the sheen of the shoes and I was guessing OPI’s I’m Not Really a Waitress, which would be so appropriate for a top actress to wear a polish by that name ;^)
I don’t think that it would be ‘It’s a doozi said Suzi’. The colour on her toes is more matte, and glossy, than a shimmer. Perhaps more like what Melanie suggested.
Have you seen OPI’s Red Like Roses collection? So cute, and it has such a pretty display.
